The new visual identity for West Monroe was built to reflect the way they work: bold, collaborative, and always moving forward. Inspired by the idea of co-creation, the system begins with a white canvas, a flexible foundation that invites input and allows ideas to evolve. Every design element, from the confident typography to the vibrant color palette and layered graphic system, was crafted to express momentum, connection, and clarity. It’s a brand shaped by collaboration, both internal and external, and designed to scale with the business while inspiring teams and clients alike.
